LCG Foods sat down with CEO of Fiber Gourmet!, Tehila Mocton, and asked her some questions to better understand the brand's mission, core values, and other topics that we thought our retail partners might want to know.

What motivated you to start your company and create the products that we see today? We wanted to eat healthy foods that don't taste healthy. Unfortunately, most healthy food doesn’t taste great and healthy foods have a bad (although usually well-deserved rep). We’re proud to create delicious products that are actually good for you!
What are your company’s core values? We believe in giving back to the community in any way we can! We donate 10% of proceeds and our own products to those in need and to education so that we can inspire the next generation.
If you could tell a retailer three things about what makes your brand different, what would they be? a. Our incredible low-calories and net carbs b. Our unprecedented amounts of fiber c. The delicious taste of our products. They truly do not taste healthy!
What are some challenges you've had to overcome to bring your business to its current state? Changing people’s mindsets on what healthy food can and should taste like.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Spending time with my husband and 3 adorable children.
