Dried Blueberries & Dried Tart Cherries (Foodservice Size): This wholesale foodservice size product uses premium BC-grown blueberries and tart cherries. They're carefully sweetened by infusing cane sugar to a specified brix level and subjected to a gentle drying technique that locks in the high nutritional contents. Lightly sprayed with sunflower oil to prevent clumping.
